Construction Project Manager

Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area

We’re growing at Oceanview Building Group, and we’re looking to add a Project Manager who enjoys building high-quality healthcare environments and working with professionals who care deeply about the spaces they operate in.

We specialize in medical and healthcare buildouts—dental offices, surgical suites, and specialty clinics—projects where coordination, communication, and attention to detail truly matter.

This role is a great fit for a Project Manager who:

• Has experience with healthcare, medical, or regulated commercial projects
• Enjoys working directly with doctors, surgeons, and ownership teams
• Is comfortable managing multiple active projects ($300K–$1M+)
• Understands permitting, inspections, and cross-trade coordination
• Takes pride in ownership, proactive communication, and clean execution

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Working in an on-site setting
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
